OUT OF BOX FAILURE NON REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCT

On 2nd May, received a Black Berry Z10. That evening Put it on Charge for 24 Hours. On 3rd May in the evening took it off charge. On 4th May battery was flat. Put it back on charge again for 24 hours and on Sunday evening the 5th May took it off charge. On 6th May in the day the battery was again flat. On 7th May phoned Cell C and they (Did not find out who we spoke to) told us to take it into a Cell C. 8th May went to Cell C East Rand Boksburg and they refused to accept the unit saying that we must have it replaced by Cell C Direct. We phoned on 8th May and spoke to Megan and reported the Out Of box Failure and she said she would uplift the Phone first before supplying the replacement. To date and also three further phonecalls later on 13th May (Thabiso), and 24th May (Rhandzu) and Fikile Reference Number 130524000040 the phone has not been fetched and the replacement has not been supplied. This is not acceptable and was reported immediately and within the 5 days of receipt of the phone. My wife received an sms on Friday saying the phone has been received and booked in for repairs. They have not fetched the phone as it is still in our offices. IT MUST BE REPLACED NOT REPAIRED
