Bad Service and turn around time on faulty device

My Blackberry Torch 9800 which is still on contract with MTN was faulty so I took the phone to the MTN shop in Festival Mall in January and it was sent for repairs. After 10 working days I was informed that the phone is being exchanged and since the phone was booked in at MTN Festival Mall it took 4 days short from a total month before the new phone was ready for collection.

I collected the new phone the same day it was ready (Thursday, 14th February) and the new phone was also faulty as it wouldn't charge. I took the phone back to MTN Festival Mall on Monday the 18th of February to have it send for repairs. After another 11 working days the phone was ready for collection (14th March) but it wasn't repaired as it still had exactly the same problem so I took it back the next day AGAIN!

The phone is still with the MTN Repair Centre since then and after several calls and a complaint in writing to MTN Head Office (which didn't even help me a bit), they only started with repairs today (25th March). I've basically been without the phone for 2 months SO FAR although I pay for it every month.

This is by far the worst service I've ever received from a Service Provider.
