Hello Peter,
Vodacom is charging me R195 per month for content services that I did not sign-up for. I've tried calling their call centre to resolve this but, the spin I got from them was that they had system problems and that they will log a call and revert back to me within 48 hours. This was on the 26 November 2013.
3 days later and still no feedback from Vodacom. How do I stop these charges if Vodacom are not willing to help me? Please help,
