Phned Vodacom on the 18/09, sms were not being deducted from my bundle eventhough I had sent quite a few sms's, to find out that the sms I sent would not be deducted from my bundle. This is the first time i ever hear this and the consultant tells me that individuals I am entering the competition with do normally mention that there is a charge, to which I am concerned about since my contract is with Vodacom and Vodacom has the responsibility to et me know that If i send a competition sms I will be billed for it. I spoke to a Team Leader, Tshepo Makgaila, who was to loog a dispute for the charges and 10 days later I have still not received any feedback, he also requested a copy of my contracr, after I told him this was an upgrade and I did not sign a new contract, I also received an e-mail to state that vodacom does not have a vopy of my contract, I have to go to the nearest store to request that. Then amazingly on the same day I get an sms to say that there are unusually high charges on my account. I wonder if I woud have received it if i didnt fone in. My charges are also very different with evr channel vodacom has IVR = 1580.16, Consutant = 2378.90, my vodacom 1700.
