Alteck Autopage service BIGTime

My MTN contract with Altech Autopage was up for renewal. I e-mail Altech in June 2013 and asked for an renewal contact. They offered the MTN 350 Anytime. I requested the upgrade in July assuming it would take effect in August. After using (I thought) Free sms & GPRS data I received a bill of R 771.52 (Was supposed to be R 499) After e-mailing Janie Ward I was told the Upgrade was only effective 1st September. Since then I have been invoiced an average of R 1200 p/m. My account says I'm on the Anytime 350 but I receive no free sms's or Free GPRS and my billing is as on the old system even though it says Anytime 350. Janie eventually ignored my e-mails. I phoned in on the 20th November 2013 and was given a REF No, saying via SMS that this request will be processes in 24 hours. I phone today (10 days later) just to be told that it take 7 to 14 days to resolve my request. I have spoken to many people with Altech and they say they are having the same problem. Is Altech capable of running their business I ask you. I think not!!!
