I went to Jet on the 29th September and bought a brand new phone Nokia Asha 201.In the first week the phone was fine but then on the 14 October the phone just started switching off and on. Everything on the phone just wiped off like my apps, contract details. When i tried to reboot the phone it gave me an error saying "An error occured" so i was unable to switch the phone on again. On the 20 October i went back to the store and the lady at the store advised that the phone will be fix within 2 - 14 days. I mean i bought the phone cash because i needed the phone not a broken phone. The lady was just so calm and didnt care how i felt and she just booked the phone in. I will never buy a phone again at Jet they are useless and what they selling is rubbish!
