Last year my Contract was up for renewal but i decided to rather free myself from payments and cancel the contract at 24 months. My 24 months would have been at end on the 10 Nov 2012 so I sent MTN an Email on the 29th of October specifying that my Contract be ended. Alice Matchumele responded and said I must resend the mail on the 10th November. I was Irritated by this but sent it as she requested. So fast foward to January 2013, im surprised to receive another Bill. I call In on the 30th Jan and the consultant, Cindy Jacobs, tells me to send her the emails I sent requesting cancelation. I did this and received no feedback. This Morning I called once again, and this Consultant, Thabo, tells me I have two lines on my contract and that I needed to be specific in my email to them - only one was canceled. This is absolutely the worst excuse ive ever heard for incompitance. I may have two lines but I only have one account... in my Emails to MTN I Specificaly said that my Contract relating to Acc number##### be ended and that I will not be in a situation where im paying after the 24 month term. Ive not used this stuff since october last year and need these January invoices reversed.
