Illegal billing of my phone with spam mail

I noted extra amounts charged over three month period to my MTN account called a Content Charge, I contacted MTN who said the billing had been from MIRA NETWORKS PTY LTD SA mail address [Email Removed] 086116472 these are apparently for SMS's sent via USCELLCOM called VIP sms's my ref from them MTN 96558439
I did phone MIRA PTY LTD call centre was glibly told I had subscribed to the SMS I did not!
1.I never subscribed to VIP
2. Proof of registration none
3. Who gave my details to them!
4. I want a full credit for above amount.
5.I beleive I am not the only one, many complaints re this spam!
6.This is can MTN not warn their clients
