In September 2013 my 8ta 10gb contract came to an end but had to fill out a cancelation form. I went through to the Cresta branch and completed all the necessary documentation thinking that that was it. The contract was never canceled and I have been billed since October 2013. Early December 2013 I phone 8ta/ Telkom mobile to find out what was going on, I was told that the issue has been escalated and that if everything is in order I will get my full refund for the months I payed for a service I had canceled and not used since. That call went unanswered and decided to go in store on 4 January 2014 where the same issue was submitted but I was told that I would get a response within 72 hours. It is now 4 days later (irrespective of the complaint a month ago) and I have yet had any response from this pathetic company. I want to be reimbursed for the months I paid and my contract ended! This is absolutely unacceptable and the fact that no has even tried to get in touch shows the true standard of this mediocre telecommunications company.
