Yesterday i received a call from a sales lady wanting to know if i'm interested in a contract which i declined. Few hours later i received a sms saying that i'm activated on Smart LIGHT and i never agreed to anything. My sim has been converted back to prepaid but my airtime hasn't been returned and also my data bundle i purchased in November for R1000 (12 x 1GB BBS bundle) is gone. I'm furious at this point as everybody keeps transferring me form pillar to post.
Can some1 please help...
