Horrible upgrade experience

On 29 November I was called by a Vodacom rewards company whom offered me an upgrade. I took the upgrade deal, however I clearly stated if I do not like the phone (Nokia 301) can I return it, the person said yes I can within 7 work days without any hassles. I received the phone and was not happy with it at all (it rang soft even at full volume and the battery lasted barely a day) I contacted them 3 days after, wanting to return the phone and thus cancel my upgrade to upgrade at a store at a latter stage. They told me its fine they will collect the phone within 7 working days and reverse the upgrade. 7 works days later I called again (0821958) as the phone was not collected. The cancellation department told me it was not the rewards program whom made the deal but Game stores Secuda, and I should go to them. I went to Game Secunda and they told me, the can not help me I should go to Vodashop. I Then went to Vodashop Secunda, stood in a Que for half an hour (I only have an hour lunch). I saw the manager outside the shop, she told me she is not at work (she was wearing her work clothes though). Then my time ran out as I had to return to work. Ref no: S3-T9M53-3NT8
