I bought airtime worth R 150.00 on my data sim card so that I can convert it to the R 149.00 data special. When converting the airtime into data bundles, I then made a mistake and chose a wrong option which was R 38.00 option. After realising my error I then called the customer care center and spoke to Lawren Solomon. I explained my situation to her and asked her whether it was possible to reverse my mistake because I haven't used the data I purchased. She told me it is not possible because it was my mistake, If it was their mistake they would log on a case and help me because it's my fault now they can't assist me. MY ARGUMENT IS THAT " IT IS MY MONEY THAT I HAVE NOT USED" THEREFORE, AM I NO LONGER ENTITLED TO DECIDE WHAT I WANT WITH MY MONEY BECAUSE OF AN ERROR I MADE??? Am I getting punished because I bought a shoe too small now I must live with it?? WHAT DOES THE CPA PROTECT ME FROM IN THIS REGARD??
