I cant believe how difficult it is to buy a data bundle for my data sim card which is in a wifi modem.
I cant buy bundles using my credit card - broken service or something
I cant transfer bundles from my phone sim to my data sim. A service I cant activate according to the service desk.
The last option which the call center always tells me is to remove the simcard and place it a phone and buy airtime and convert it to data. This is not a option as I dont want to remove my sim card every time I want to buy data.
Not to mention how broken the MyVodacom site is, I cant view any balances of my linked data sim or any additional bundles I buy.
