8.ta call center agent corned me

I bought airtime from PEP store on 03 June 2013, loaded the airtime and then called the 8.ta Customer care, the agent took me through the option to purchase the 2GIG 1Gig promo, I bought the promo, I bought it on 11 June 2013, I tried using them for my research as I had a deadline to submit, they did not work. I called their customer care line 081180, one of the told me that, the people at PEP should have told me to check for coverage, and my area Mafikeng (North West Province Capital) has no coverage for 8.ta, I asked her why then does 8.ta sell their products here, knowing very well that they do not have coverage, well after a while I do not know if she hang up on me or what, I later called again, I spoke to an agent called Sbonelo, who also said I do not have coverage, I then asked him to convert the data bundles back to airtime, he called a lady by the name of Nomzamo, who was adamant to imply that it was my fault and not 8.ta's fault thus I will forfeit my cash or just have to make means to get coverage, that's when I augured my case, and she insisted that it was my fault, said I must set my sim card to international roaming, my bundles expired 01 -07-2013, without being use
