Cell C just never fails to disappoint!
Bought a prepaid sim for an employee more than a year ago because of the cheap data rates.
Had to do a couple of sim swaps because Cell C's sim cards just fail for no apparent reason.
This time, I had to drive more than 100km to the nearest town to buy a sim at PEP. They refused to sell me one because I didn't have all the documents to RICA it with, even though it says in bold letters on the starter pack, that if the card is bought for a sim swap - you SHOULD NOT rica it.
Cost me to take time off from work and do it again.
Bought the new sim and phoned to do the swap. Cell C's computers were offline and they couldn't help me.
Phoned today again to do the swap and they casually informed me that my data bundle has expired, because I did not use it up in time. WHO'S FAULT IS THAT, CELL C!!??
I keep on paying for a service I cannot use!!!
Cell C is positively the most pathetic service provider of all times!!!
