Internet Service Fair Use Allownce

I bought the data bundles for Internet Fair Use Allowance but strangely i cannot access internet with it. I phoned the data support a couple of times and they are telling me that its for the Blackberry but it isn't. There is an option for Blackberry Internet and I did not choose it because im using a Nokia. Now the data support cannot reverse that or switch it to normal bundles which i do not understand why. Why have the option to buy these bundles if they are not working?

I want my airtime back if this cannot be reversed or switched because im on prepaid.
