Ts & Cs NOT explained!!!

I bought R150 (3 x R50) worth of airtime from a vendor, loaded it & expected to get 400mb of data. Since I bought a new phone, this amount should have been enough to do all my updates. Only when all my 'data' & airtime was finished VERY quickly & after speaking to 3 different people in your call centre, was I informed that I had to load R150 in one go. This was not made clear & vendors (cafes, etc.) do not give you large amounts of airtime in one go in an case! As a new Cell C client I feel that Cell C's call centre agent should have tried to resolve the situation better, rather than just say that it was my mistake! It is a good promotion & that was the reason I changed to Cell C, but at the moment I am left with a biiter taste in my mouth & obviously with NO airtime or data! I have another once off data package & after complaining previouslt about Cell C's bad customer service, I do not know why I was idiotic enough to use another service!!! :-(
