No Answer!

I have been trying to contact the call centre to lodge my insurance claim for a phone and have been holding for over 40 mins in total. Surely we cannot be waiting so long to get attended to. Getting a replacement phone is crucial for me at this stage since i've had to have the sim deactivated and its my main business line. Can someone please answer the phones!
