I lost my phone and have numerously tried to contact techsured to lodge a claim but i cannot get help. Their call centre doesn't answer their phones and they claim that they are experiencing high call volumes, and after that my calls are dropped. I e-mailed them several times but there is no one responding to my e-mails. i went to their website and filled in a claim form and submitted all the documents required. Till this day i have not been able to get through to them. Techsured, please tell me why do you keep deducting my money if you cannot assist me when i need you the most. I don't have a phone at the moment and thus making it difficult for me to get in touch with the world. I am disgusted with your service.
