I've lost my phone and I'm trying to lodge a claim with MTN Direct. I have blacklisted my phone, received the case number and itc number, all I need to do now is lodge the claim. Mtn Cresta said they can't help me as the don't deal with MTN Direct claims. They referred me to MTN Constantiakloof. At the MTN Constantiakloof branch, they said that they also don't deal with MTN Direct but they can assist. They've called the MTN Direct line and we've been waiting for over an hour for them to answer the phone. This is a terrible waste of my time, and I'm losing business as I use the phone for business, never mind the time I've lost being out of the office. Ill hunk twice before signing up for MTN Direct insurance again!
