I have a query on a claim which I reported. I phoned 3 times today, 1st time I was waiting 12mins, 2nd time I waited 7mins the last time I was made to wait 33 mins, and still no answer or a call centre agent to pick up the phone. This is not acceptable at all. My claim was registered on 27 Nov 2013, as yet a contractor has not even attended to us to provide a quotation? This cannot be.
