They'll take your money, but can't find your orde

Purchased a phone online from [URL Removed] Bank account was debited, but order status is "cancelled" (no idea why). Tried to get answers from call centers, but all they do is direct you to another number. Managed to speak to a manager, promised to phone me back. Guess what, still waiting! Nobody there (that I spoke to) have the faintest idea what to do!
