Terrible service, disgusted

I have been phoning Vodacom since 27 September 2013, I have been charged R 1538 for data that I had no idea where it came from, phoned and was told by a guy named Dylan once my debit order goes off I can phone and ask for a refund in my bank, no problem. Since then I have been phoning and thrown around from one incompetent person to the next. First I was told the money will stay on my account until I have used it all.??? I want the money paid back into my account as it was something I never knew was coming my way.

I have been thrown around now to call centre managers Angela/ Zack saying they will phone me before end of business. The worst part is everytime I call, I can never speak to the same person again, I am so off.

Still no answers from anyone...
I just want to know if the managers can't even phone you back, how do you run a company?
And it baffles me that they quick to take your money but can't pay back whats due to you.
