Poor Corporate service

Having "pre ordered" a phone from Vodacoms website several weeks back I still don't have it despite all the local outlets having them in store and the call center now has "no idea" when it will arrive and indicate that as the upgrade has been processed it cant be cancelled. What is the point in having Buisness accounts and pre ordering if you just deal with call centers that "have no Idea"?
