I posted a report on the 21/10/2013 and received a reply which states the following:

SURPRISE SURPRISE!!! Still no response, I don't have the R869 to pay at the end of the month for this account. I will appreciate it if someone in this large organization would actually take the time and do what they are suppose to do by sorting out my problem and get this resolved. Where is my service that they so brilliantly offer on the tv, vans, brochures etc. I think I need to take this to the newspapers. Perhaps then I will get a response.
