Failure to honour contract

I have been a customer of Virgin Mobile since before they even had 100, 000 customers. I am afraid that I will not be a customer when they reach that target on their downward spiral.

Last night my outgoing call was cut off in mid sentence. This morning my phone said that "You do not have enough airtime to make this call". I have a contract with a sizable credit limit.

I contacted the call centre this morning to be told that my phone had been 'disconnected' from my contract. They would action it. No reference number. WHAT CALL CENTRE DOES NOT GIVE A REFERENCE NUMBER.

This evening I am told that my contract is discontinued and that I would have to apply for a new credit facility and choose a new contract option.

Well, Virgin Mobile. You can go and get...
