Purchased my phone from Edgars Westgate on 13th July 2013.Experienced problems with the handset gave it in for repairs on the 14th October 2013 at Vodacom-Mellville. Received phone on the 1st November 2013.The reason for booking my phone for repairs was as a result of the phone overheating and also unable to hear on the handset. Upon receiving my phone the speaker was sorted but not the overheating. The glass/screen was not inserted properly on the phone and was literally sticking out. The charging point also had a crack. On the 23rd November 2013 I was unable to access the internet and any social networks. Contacted the contact centre completed Host routing & TCP test nothing worked. After making numerous calls i was eventually told that my handest has been deactivated from the network and I should book my phone again.
