I have posted two previous complaints about Yello Mobile. They have deducted money from my account for a contract that I cancelled. In the mean time, Yello Mobile has resolved my complaint. Both MTN and Yello Mobile has refunded all money deducted from my account. Thank you for the response and the refund.
