MTN SA POOR CLIENT SERVICE!!!

Renewed my contract 4 months ago, first month went smooth, than the following month my accounts was double. And each month it rise! I suspect something was wrong, went to MTN Paarl Mall, baddest and laziest service ever. They say they will come back after 4 to 5 days... and its been 5 weeks and no response... i guess the still solving the problem. MTN didn't gave me my monthly data bundel and 200 free calls as written in contract for 3 months!!! I paid them and they still need to credit that 3 months that they owe me! Mtn swindle me and also a lot of other people! They said that they will credit the amount to my account but Im still waiting after 6 weeks!!! And today they send me a sms that my account is overdue, BUT i the money goes off with debit order! They OWE me money, but they suspense my service, so I cant use my phone! So its MTN's fault! They owe ME money (I'm waiting for it for over 6 weeks now) and they have the odasity to suspend my service! TERRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Think MTN is AMATEURS AND! I'm disgusted in their client service!
