After my previous complain for a double debit order being deducted from my account due to a system error planet fitness promised me this will be sorted out so i was in credit. Jean the manager promised me a debit order wont be deducted from my account the next month, but i wasn't surprised when the debit order was deducted again after i was told and promised it won't happen again, i phoned them again and asked them way and they couldn't' give me a response, so now i'm in credit for 2 months already. after a long conversation with the manager AGAIN LAST MONTH HE PROMISED THEY WILL SORT THIS OUT!!! AND GUESS WHAT. DEBIT ORDER WENT OFF MY ACCOUNT AGAIN TODAY!!! so now i'm in credit for 3 moths and don't think they do refunds although this is their fault and bad client service!!!
LOOKS LIKE THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CLIENTS AND SERVICE!!! OMBUDSMAN IS OBVIOUSLY THE LAST RESORT FOR THIS!!!! SEEING THAT THEY CAN'T KEEP THEIR PROMISES AND IT'S POINTLESS TO SPEAK TO THEM!!!! THEY REALLY LEFT ME WITH NO OTHER CHOICE THEY HAD ENOUGH TIME...I WAS PATIENT ENOUGH NOW!!! after this contract expires i will never join them again!!!!!
