N giving me service for 2 months now and wen I call they promise to call me back but I never received any response from MTN. Its started wen 1st I upgraded my contract n they sent only airtime n sms but no data, I complained abt that but still not fixed, and to my surprise unknown amount of money is been debited from my account which they can't even explain what is it for, now my new contract have been deactivated without my consent, and the contract that was suppose to be canceled have been renewed While I never got a new phone or new sim. When I call they always tell me some1 will call me back but they never do. How come can a new 2 months contract be deactivated, since when does mtn contracts take 2 months. And how come does a person renew a contract without receiving a new phone or new sim. I been calling for a long time now without no help and yet at the end of the month they don't forget to debit my money. I want answers on this cos I've been with mtn for 2 years with 2 phone but the service m getting is unacceptable. I want answers immediately and I want my money back that they can't explain what is it for. I've been waiting for too long now 4 response
