Wrong account billing

I paid my settlement with Nashua (Ref 226271) in December 2011 at Quagga Absa Bank Branch and tried to call them to stop billing me and I have been sending e-mails through to them but what they do is keep deducting money from my account. I have e-mails dated 24, 28 and 30 November 2011 and the account was paid in December 2011 and I told them as soon as I am off will go and ask statement from ABSA at Quagga Branch. Angelina Modiba
