Employ people who actually know what they doing!

I paid my account in full in febuary 2011 and was told by the 'lawyers" they would send a letter to nashua stating i have paid my accounts all in full ect. I recieved a phone call in november from another lawyer in november last stating that i owe Nashua over R1200 in outstanding accounts.
When i asked how its possible after i paid everything and a letter had been sent to nashua declaring this all and the fact that i have not recieved ONE statement from nashua (which i always did by the way), the laywer said he would speak to Nashua and get back to me. I didi not hear from them until middel january 2013 when the lawyer phoned stating i owe nashua over R1200.00 inn outstanding accounts. i asked again how its possible and i got the same response and that they would get back to me. Once again end febuary 2013 i got a call from the lawyer once again asking me to pay. I stated that i paid in full in feb 2011 and a letter was sent to them and that i have not recieved ONE statment from Nashua regarding any amounts i owed them. Now i still havent had any feedback and now i cannot aply for any credit because of this. I WILL NOT PAY THIS AMOUNT OF R1200. REALLY PATHETIC. NEVER AGAIN
