Termination of Value added Service

On 15 September 2011 I saw the Branch Manager at the Nashua Mobile Branch Office in Centurion to Terminate the Value added Service for "My Gig 1" Service, which is costing me R285.00 (incl. vat) per month. I completed all the necessary forms and have been told that the service had been terminated. However, the service was never stopped and Nashua continued to bill me for this service, until now. An investigation showed that Billing continued against my old cell number, which is no longer in existence, but it was never removed from my account. I was promised that this was now corrected and that a credit will be passed to my account for the incorrect billing after the request for termination in September 2011. Numerous attempts during 2012 did not result in any resolution and on 15 January 2013 I saw Nashua Mobile at Vodacom World with promises of resolution, but so far no results and nobody wants to own this problem. This problem has so far is costing me R4560 and no sign of resolution.
