Finally, some service from Vodacom

After nearly two years of being run from pillar to post trying to transfer my contract from my fathers name to my own, I was contacted by the call center who were offering an upgrade. I chewed poor Deborah Nhlapo's ear off about how much I had been messed around, and she promised that she would see what she could do - A promise that I'd heard many times before. Deborah got back to me promptly with exact people that I could deal with in Cape Town. They in turn gave me an exact person in a specific store, who was already briefed about my issue and ready to sort it out.
To Denise and her team at the Tygervalley Vodashop, your service was truly excellent.
Vodacom can count themselves lucky that they have staff members such as you, and I only wish I had dealt with you guys earlier.
Deborah, you saved a certain cancellation, thank you for doing your best to save the situation.
