I just want to say that Deborah has restored my faith in Vodacom. Deborah Nhlapo, Retentions Consultant in Midrand assisted me with great professionalism and efficiency. She went the extra mile. I am so grateful that Deborah works for Vodacom. Everyone the the call centres should take a page out of her book! Thank you Deborah.
