No feedback about faulty alarm

Chubb security is not replying to my calls about the faulty alarm on my premises. I spoke to Deborah about 3 weeks ago and she said that i must report it to the technician to come out. Foreman the techn came out and work on my alarm system and it work only for the time he was at my house. We went out the same night that he was there; when we came back the alarm was on; my husband phoned the call centre to hear why havent they phone us; their reply was that they have not receive a signal. The next day i phone Deborah again and she said I must speak to Foreman he said that he will replace a part. When I phone him back to hear when is he coming back to fix my alarm he said that he is waiting for the part. When i phone again he said I must speak to Deborah; I phone Deborah but there was no answer at the offices. I left several massages on their answering machine but till today 18/10/2013 no has come back to me. I have phone the call centre to and they have also tried but could not get through. My alarm is not working why should I pay for a service not randed? I said to Deborah and Forman if they cannot deliver they must come and remove their unit as I cannot pay for a service not rende
