Deborah Watson kindly reviewed my account and advised me she could do an upgrade to a samsung Galaxy 4 on a 350 my call package for R399 pm. I took notes as she spoke. Several weeks later she emailed me the contract, having effected the upgrade in August. My problem is:
1) The contract states R499 pm and indeed MTN have Deducted that amount plus since Aug
2) The contract states a white handset, I asked for black
3) The contract states I confirm having received the goods in good order. How can I sign such a document prior to receiving any goods in any order?
4) There is so much other small print I cannot read
5) Deborah advises their company refuses to use a courier, but insist on the postal services and will ONLY post after I have signed, no doubt at MY RISK. Unacceptable.
6) MTN DIRECT cannot help me now, the upgrade has been done without my signature at a higher premium than I agreed to, it's November and I still don't have a phone.
Vodacom now advertise exactly what I agreed to, should I migrate???
