My ISP, Afrihost, reported a fault on my ADSL line on Tuesday. On Friday I received a call from a technician saying that he would be around on Saturday to have a look at my line. I cancelled my plans for the weekend and sat in my flat for the whole day, only for the technician not to show up. My time is precious to me and to have an entire day wasted like this is soul destroying. Please find why this technician failed to show and never even contacted me to say he wouldn't be coming. Absolutely appalling service.
