I have been communicating with Jennifer and there has been some progress in resolving my case (cancellation of contract and refund); she has indicated that she is going on leave and my case was handed to Sipho for finalisation and he is not coming to the party. i have e-mailed him to request feedback and he doesn't provide me with any sort of feedback. Can the case be refered to someone else as Sipho has clearly dismally failed to assist me in 2012 and now.
