We reported this problematic telephone about two months ago. The telephone line was damaged at the Telephone pole. A Telkom technician came out to fix the problem and since that day our line were never the same again. We have reported the scratchy and noisy line about 6 times after the repair several technicians came to my house and every technician had a different storey promising that everything is fixed. The problem is still the same as from day one. We are loosing money as we need to phone clients from this line and clients are contacting us on this line and we can't talk to them as you cannot hear them.
