Poor Service Delivery and Empty Promises

Very disappointed on Service delivery for new contract application.
Been pro Vodacom for as long as I can remember and didn't mind paying exorbitant pricing for their services, but no more. Requested a new contract phone and wanted my number ported from another network. Of Corse sales promised me the world but Vodacom just couldn't deliver on number porting and SIM activation. I struggled for 2 weeks everyday either on the phone or via email, but call center agents kept giving me false hop and empty promises till I got fed up and said no more. I then canceled the whole deal and again an agent promised to collect the cancelled handset from me but still up till today I still have the useless handset. Vodacom again confirmed to me that they cant keep a promise. Its been 3 weeks from promised collection date and still no one has made contact with me to arrange collection. I have even made contact with Denver a so called manager and he too has promised that someone will contact me regarding collection. During this whole process not once has anyone from retentions tried contacting with me to keep my business. Just shows what some big orgs treat the man off the street.
