Hi, I just wanted to tell you how disappointed I am in the way my pre order was handled.
I was due for an upgrade in September, but was waiting for the iPhone 5s.
I contacted them for a preorder and was told to email, which I did.
The phone was launched, and I emailed to entire about my 2 handsets that I preordered.
To this day I have not heard anything.
I have been to various branches and no one can assist me with the handsets as they are "special order" and merely take down my details.
I placed an order in good time in order to avoid this, and especially waited for the launch of this handset before I upgraded.
MTN promises me both handsets in 2 days, but I don't want to move.
I hope this issue can be resolved asap!
