Does anybody at MTN know the difference between a Judgement and a Notice from Transunion?
My application for a transfer of account/number has been decline by MTN, without any explanation. I had no credit facility, but opened a few accounts during the last 2 months, with NO hassle. this should have assisted my request for transfer? Second applicaton/months of emails/phone calls, and still no acceptable answer.
And then I know of someone who got a contract from MTN a month ago who had NOTHING on her name, only 1 savings account.
I would really like an explanation from MTN, and not just another email that does not say much. Please, can a trained Human Being from MTN contact me?
