I find it unacceptable that a product is advertised and even that promises are sold over the counter but no service is delivered.
I have been a Vodacom customer for over 5 years now and was looking for to upgrading to the latest greatest handsets once again this time round. Upon inquiring about the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE version it was said that it could be ordered and would be in my hands in 2 days. This was February 21st. I am still waiting for this device to one day arrive at my local Vodacom shop as promised. Along with this I order to new handsets which also haven't arrived.
Can someone please contact me and give me some timelines on when the order would be fulfilled? I would really appreciate it.
