I am claiming for TWO lost handsets, that I am paying insurance on.
Am being given LOOONG stories about incorrect sim cards/ numbers in the handsets.
What am I paying insurance on?
The handsets, or the sim cards?
These handsets are registered in MY name, on MY account!
The fact that I swop sim cards around, should have NO effect in my claim!
After all, it's the HANDSET that gets insured, and the handsets and numbers/ sim cards are registered, AND RICAed in MY name!!
All I want is, REPLACE MY HANDSETS!!!
I spoke to Nathaniel yesterday, and was promised that i would have a call back from him TODAY.
To date, NO call
