I moved my ADSL data and line to Telkom beginning May but i was still billed for six months for the line even though they replied with a email confirming the cancellation of the ADSL. Webafrica refuses to refund us even though we have proof that Telkom has the line. I feel that after a month of struggling with Their call center and no proper answer or any proper feed back that they should rethink how they treat their customers as i will never advise any body to use their services.
