I have cancelled my MTN contract more than a month ago. The final statement has been delivered and paid, but for some reason another R152.25 has been deducted from my account.
I have been trying to get hold of someone via the MTN call center to sort this out for days. They simply DO NOT pick up the phone! There is no alternative contact number or e-mail address, so this is my only resort to try and get hold of someone that can provide me with an answer.
