To Whom It May Concern:
On March 28 2013 I started having problems with my Blackberry. "Sim card Rejected" and "Phone not allowed MM6" so I went to Vodacom in The Glen today and was told that my phone is blacklisted and that I must call customer service? But when I call customer service I get told I need to take in to a Vodacom shop, which I did?
Firstly I need some direction in order to solve this problem because I don't understand how my pre-paid phone that I brought cash many years ago can suddenly be blacklisted? How can someone just blacklist or report my phone? Is it that easy even for a stranger without any knowledge or documentation on my phone to just walk into any Vodacom store and report my phone?
This has caused a lot of inconvenience as I can't make calls or receive sms's. Therefore can someone please get back to me with a solution because neither the sales consultant at your store or customer support can help me with this.
