I had a Blackberry cell phone in February 2012. I immediately reported it to Vodacom and requested that it be blacklisted. NOw nearly a year later, I see that the phone is still being used. WHY was this cell never blacklisted as instructed. When I called Vodacom the answer was that it was never done. Now that the phone is still being used I insist that the phone be tracked, which we all know it can be tracked, in order that I can get it back. If VOdacom couldnt do their work in the first place, now is the time to rectify their mistake and get my phone back so that we can also lay charges of against the person. MAKE RIGHT WHAT YOU HAVE NOT DONE RIGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE!
